Hello Joann,

That's wonderful that you are feeling better. I'm curious if you increased your

HC at the

same time that you started your Vit. B12 and Vit. D. Your Vitamin D levels were

quite low

so just improving that could account for a lot of your improvement. I am

gradually (over a

1 month time span) increasing my HC up to 20 mg/day (at 15 now, but I am not

noticing

any improvement yet. My Vitamin D 25 OH level is at 46 now which is good.

Perhaps I

should try some of the sublingual Vit. B12. Do you have a particular brand you

like?

I hope you have a very good Christmas.

Hi Beth-

I ordered Twin Labs B12 sublingual dots from Vitacost.com.

http://www.vitacost.com/Twinlab-B-12-Dots-Sublingual-500-mcg-250-

Tablets

I'm not sure if this is the best brand or not, does anyone else have

another brand they would recommend? It's working well so I guess

it's a good one for me. I also starting taking a probiotic

(Enzymatic Therapy Acidophilus Pearls), an antioxidant (Garden of

Life Radical Fruits) and Emergen C. I guess I have all my bases

covered :) I don't think it was the increase in HC that made the big

difference because I was increasing to 15 mgs myself before she gave

me the new Rx. I really think it was the B12 and D. Hope this helps

and Merry Christmas to you too!

I use their sublingual Advance B-12 w/B-6, folic acid and biotin . Their

prices are good.

Does anyone know what a low %Sat means? I tried doing an internet

the wrong thing.

I think it had to do with your iron levels. In " From Fatigued to

Fantastic " the author talked about " saturation " something-or-other as

one recommended iron test. Sorry, I can't remember anything more specific.
