Guest guest
Hi Ronnie: So glad to hear that things are improving with your Mom and that your Dad is holding up okay. You must be so tired not only from the physical stress but the mental stress also. My thoughts are with you. You are a real trooper! Jo. my mother > Just a quick update. Mother is doing great. Thanks for all your good kind thoughts and words and all those wonderful prayers. They are appreciated. She is moving the leg. She can no longer have a bedpan; they make her get up for the bathroom. Of course she needs lots of help but it's coming along. The arm and hand are moving but not paying a lot of attention to directions. She has a little " bag of toys " with directions that she is supposed to be playing with. Safety pins to open and close, playing cards to lay down and pick up, stringing beads on a pipe cleaner, etc. She's going to be fine in time. I will just teach her what you have taught me: one day at a time. Daddy is holding up well and I'm so tired I don't know if I'm ok or not but that's nothing new. That's a problem most of us have been sharing for a long time. Back to work in the morning and then back to sburg after work. Home again, home again....what sweet words. > > Ronnie > > >
Guest guest
YAY, RONNIE! That's sure good news about your mother. It sounds like she's going to make quite a good recovery. I I thought of you yesterday when I finally got around to making your Orange Fudge. I took it to a family BBQ party today, and it was a raving success. Several ppl asked for the recipe, so I'll be emailing it out to them tomorrow. It is really delicious. In addition to the Orange Extract, I also added 3 teaspoons of regular Orange flavoring. It was really good! Take good care of yourself!! Laurel my mother Just a quick update. Mother is doing great. Thanks for all your good kind thoughts and words and all those wonderful prayers. Guest guest
Ronnie, I am so glad- I suspect that your folks are resilient- after all the apple doesn't fall far from the tree and you are one of the most resilient folks I know. Take care of yourself and get some help if you can. You stay in my prayers. Lavon

Guest guest
Ronnie, I'm so happy your mother is progressing well. It will be great for you to get back to your normal routine and I hope that happens for you soon. In the meantime let your cousin help and you take some froggy time off. You need your rest and I'm sure your parents would approve of this message. Love yah > Just a quick update. Mother is doing great.
