LOL! I got my reassessment done at the gym last night and finally got a chance to look over all the stuff the trainer gave me to read.

One of the sheets is a sample journal entry and it starts out:

yes or no.....................6:30 AM......wake up

ROFL! cracked me up - cuz if I don't wake up, how exactly do I circle yes or no.....and does the rest of it matter?? hahaha!!

ok, next entry is:

yes or no......................6:45 AM......20 minute Jog

excuse me? JOG?? ROFLOL! The woman has a lot of faith in me huh?? JOG?? I'm thinkin' brisk walk - but 15 minutes after I "wake up"? ummm.....I need at least 30 minutes just to get my eyes to focus LOL

After this I'm expected to eat every 3 hours: breakfast at 7:15, snack at 10:30, lunch at 1:30, another snack at 4:30 when am I supposed to clean the house, wash the clothes, run all the errands, get through school with Mikey....not to mention playing on the computer!!

and then there's MORE work LOL - 6:30-7:30 resistance training...sigh....

then somehow I'm expected to eat immediately after that at 7:30 for supper? it's like a 30 minute drive home, and last time I checked there's no housekeeper or cook available to have dinner sitting on the table.

Me thinks I'm gonna have to work this little schedule over......and what about not eating after 7pm? hmmm...

ah well, just thought ya'll would like to see what the reassessment "journal" said LOL looks like I might be busy huh??
