Hi Maureen,

I was diagnosed with PLS instead of Stiffman.

I never did have the terrible spasms that the Stiffman patients do. When

the neuro said I hadn't responded to the meds for Stiffman so that left

IVIG I told him " no " because I did not that the spasms. (they don't

really like being told " no " ). The symptons are really very similar.

By the way, baclofen takes months to build up in your system. I have a

bad habit of upping and downing the doses experimenting but it is to be

treated with respect. I am only taking .25 of klonopin a day, this is

equal to 5 mgs of diazapam.
