Ooh that is good to know, for some reason, I thought it would be the

opposite. So I guess you would need to stick with your " test dose "

for 2 weeks or so if you were using this method?

Sldoster0one cpntrols how much sodium & potassium your body retains or loses.

Someties with weak adrenals the aldosterone will be to low in which case even

good amounts of cortisol will nto raise the BP enough.

aldosterone modulates minerals in cells especially sodium and potassium .so if

you are high in it you retain sodium\loose potassium and magnesium causing high

blood pressure.
