Guest guest
Hi this is June and I was wondering - do any of ya'll have this problem of going to sleep for about 1 hr. and waking up at midnight with a " itch " somewhere which results in your leg one or the other jumping and you have to get up and walk the rails or super pole or take vicodan or etc. to try to get your leg or legs to stop jumping which usually take about 6 hrs for Charlie lately, it has become a nightly thing now - waking at midnight and staying up almost all night. Please let me know, he has taken everything ya'll have all mentioned, baklofen, and etc. Thanks, June
Guest guest
June, yes I have had that happen but it goes in cycles - I'll have it for a week or two and then it stops. Don't why it starts or stops. When I can't sleep I say a mantra " I am happy, healthy, contended and loved " over and over until I fall asleep. It works for me.
