The leg tightening tends to be hypo in my experience and the dizziness

adrenal.

anyone else experience this...

I was wondering if anyone else experiences dizziness and legs

tightening up when walking around?

Is this adrenal or hypoT symptoms? or both for that matter.

Its really annoying, I feel like IM 80, at 23.

I feel like 80 too lol! I'm 25. I get the tightening in my upper body

(shoulders and head, even thoughts get tight) and yes dizziness too,

walking worsens my symptoms.

I have these things off and on...seems when I am breathing good all my

muscles get stiff then when muscles are good I can't breath.

I found something about muscle stiffness in animals being a selenium/vitamin

E deficiency ....have to try it.

Google these supplements and read what they do for horses and lambs.
