Guest guest
Ok, so I am not good at all with taking my temps! The most I have gotten in a row is 3 days, but not even consistent times throughout the day. I am wanting to start my isocort, but want to get a baseline first. Anyone have any tips for remembering to take temps or how you do it? I just seem to always forget/or have drinken something, taken a shower etc.. I don't have an alarm that goes off 4 times a day, and sometimes I'm not even home to do it? Anyone have any advice? Thanks,
Guest guest
Hi , I also have a hard time with this. It is especially difficult right now with all of the pre Christmas upheavel going on. I can have 3 alarms on my cell phone so I have them set for 10:00, 1:00, and 4:00. I can't always take it right when it goes off but I try to get to it within at least a half hour. I also keep a thermometer in my purse so that if I am out somewhere, I can take it. It is sort of embarrassing, I try to be very unobtrusive or to hide it. I use the thermometer that Dr. Rind recommends on his site. No one really likes to use digitals, but I figure if it is good enough for him then it will do for me. Plus, it is very quick. If I have had something to drink or eat right before it is time, I just wait 15 to 20 minutes and then take my temp. Hope this helps, English > > Ok, so I am not good at all with taking my temps!
