In PHYSIOLOGICAL doses Hydrocortisone will not cause ANY damage. It is a

bioidentical hormone that you cannot live without. ALL the horrible side

effects are form HIGH pharmacological dosing NOT from the doses we use.,

I have been wondering about this. I have some bone loss and I was concerned

about taking HC if I need to. So as long as I take a dose that would

replicate what my body should be producing on it's own, it sholdn't be a

problem. Right?
