Guest guest
Here are my results from my saliva test from Diagnos-Techs, Inc. To me they look like they are normal but the cortisol does look high- normal. The thyroid values I would like clarification on also. If you remember, I have begun to have high blood pressure (mildly so) after years of very, very low blood pressure and heart rate. I was on almost 3 grains of Armour but started to have heart palps and very anxious and jittery. I am not on hydrocortisone of any type. Now I am on 1 grain of Armour, taking at night before going to bed. Thanks so much for your help in trying to figure me out! lol Chris TAP free cortisol rhythm 7-8 am - 22 normal (13-24 nM) 11-12 am - 0 depressed (5-10 nM) 4-5 pm - 7 normal (3-8 nM) 11 midnight - 4 normal (1-4 nM) Cortisol burden - 33 (22-42) DHEA dehydroepiandrosterone - 5 normal (3-10 ng/ml) Cortisol-DHEA correlation (not sure how to read this, but think it is 5? - which is non-adapted, low reserves) fTSH 64 normal (normal 26-85 nIU/ml) fT4 0.21 normal (normal 0.17-0.42 ng/dl) fT3 0.35 normal (normal 0.28-1.10 pg/ml) TPO Negative E2 estradiol 14 (normal range follicular 5-13 and luteal 7-20) P1 progesterone 178 (normal range follicular 20-100 and luteal 65-500) TTF free testosterone 15 normal (borderline 5-7 and normal 8-10) (I am in perimenopause - still having periods like clockwork (a few periods that are late or early) every 28-30 days, with slight changes in flow, but worse cramping and moodiness, am 48 years of age) I did the saliva testing on day 19 of my cycle.
