Guest guest
I have been having weird sinus pressure and associated headaches with brainfog ever since I " got sick. " This was the day two and a half years ago when I first noticed that I had something wrong, which turned out (after two years of misery) to be a hypothyroid issue. My TSH was over 250. I am now on 4 grains of Armour which I take bucally, two grains at a time twelve hours apart. The sinus stuff has been worse lately with fewer times of relief than there has been up until now. I never had sinus issues before I " got sick " (I am a 37 year old male.) There is no infection or dripping or running or anything like that. When I feel the pressure, my nose is actually stuffy (the air flow is restricted), bit it's not plugged up with mucus - it's like the passages are swollen. I honestly believe that this is not really a sinus problem, but rather a symptom of being hypothyroid. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
