Val,

I am so confused. In posts on Dec. 8, people were talking about using

the deglyc. licorice, not the UNdeglyc. licorice to help extend the

HC. Which is beneficial to the HC and which can be used for an

extended period of time?

ingredient that extends the life of your own cortios. As you have

plenty of cortiosl it is just not there in the afternoons.

It is the glyzz.. stuff that extends the life of HC so the products with it

removed are useless. ALL theose products say not for extended use as it can

cause high cortiosl.. in normal folks but certianly does not apply to us with

adrenal fatigeu. You would use it as long as needed.
