Guest guest
Hi , Oh, man. I've got one of those all or nothing idiots for a doctor, I guess. He said, " It's not too bad. It's in the normal range " (!) And he advertises himself as some sort of hormone expert! Maybe I'll sue him when I get better! The only thing is, I'm on the 4th day of dosing -- 2.5 twice -- and I'm feeling VERY tired. When I first took one 2.5, I felt sort of like I had had too much coffee, but then I felt even more tired than usual. Have you come across this? Can I stay at 2.5 twice for awhile (like until I feel comfortable even if it takes weeks), or should I go up faster? Or does it matter? Does anyone know? Thank You! Guest guest
The tired is becuse your body si used to running on adrenaline. It might help to move up a bit faster with the dosing. but for now get as much rest as you cna and try to not give in to the tired a it does take a while to get ussed to the feeling of havbing enough cortisol you are not an adrenaline junky anymore!
