Guest guest
Kirstie, I'd like to be in the 5 pound challenge starting today. Thanks, Janet 166.5/164/136.
Guest guest
Okay Kirstie, I'm in on this one it looks like. I'm in the same boat with Jean; I'm so close to my goal that realistically, a pound here or there hasn't made me jump up and down with excitement because I know next time TOM rolls around it's just gonna bounce up again. But....just for making a challenge for myself I want to see 139 on scale. That being said, I am going for a 30-mile bike ride tomorrow morning which will take a couple of hours, so I'll weigh when I get back home - LOL! Guest guest
Kristie, That looks great!!! What talent. I had a weird day yesterday. I swam in the afternoon, got all the kids off home and had a headache I thought might be the beginnings of a big one. I took half an ultram and went to play on the computer. I was feeling really good after about a half hour so I got on the treadmill and did this great 20 minute work out. It's 95 out and so I sweated big time and it felt really great so I kept going. Forgot I had take n the ultram and that may have been why it felt so great<L>. Finished watering, feeding the animals and made a great dinner. Ate a little bit and got hit with total nausea and major headache. The kids flu was here. I never actually vomited but wished I could. Went to sleep woke up at 10:00 feeling fine. Hope it's over. Weighed in at.......181.5 my lowest in a bizzillion years!!! 250/181.5/165ish > > Here are the participants so far in our 5 pound challenge for slow losers. > Let me know if I've missed you! > > Kirstie
