Guest guest
I love the hot tub but there are some (like Dolores) who has problems with hot water. For me, I love it 102 minimum. Guest guest
Dennis, Yes heated water will make the legs rubbery. I've used my girlfriends outdoor hot tub one time and I could hardly get out of the tub. After I sat around for a while they did come back to my normal state. The heated water does make the old legs feel good while you're in it. Cold water will do just the opposite makes my legs just stiffen up like a board. I'll just stick to warm shower.........Flora
Guest guest
Hi Dennis, I am one of those that cant handle the heat at all. I used to love the hot tubs, going fake and baken and loved to be out in the sun. Now all I do is just melt. They have whats called a cool vest that M.S people use, I tried one and just might purchase one for this summer. Have a great day, Sandy Hot tub usage I would like to know if heat causes problems with any body. when I use my hot tub I lose control of my leg. It is like when I work in the yard for more than 45 minutes I tell my leg to move and it says the heck with you. i was woundering if there is something about heat that makes the limb not work. Thanks for any onfo Dennis
Guest guest
Yes, I am one who has extreme heat intolerance. I avoid hot tubs, hot showers and stay in air conditioning when it's hot weather. I get so weak that I can't move. When I cool off, I feel a little stronger. Guest guest
I love my outdoor hot tub. The massaging water does wonders. My problems is I get stiffer in the evening when I want to use is. It has BIG steps but I'm still finding a way to get in. I keep the water at 101 because anything hotter combined w/ the sweating side effect of Zanaflex and I stay soaked for the evening.
