Guest guest
Have you tried Gentle Iron? I can't take any of the other iron supplements, but this doesn't bother me. The first one I tried I got a Wal-Mart, but then I got some from a health food store. I don't know if this would make a difference to anyone else or not. Guest guest
The one I used from Wal-mart was Spring Valley. There isn't a health food store very close to me, so I just bought it there. They quit carrying it so I had to drive to a health food store. The brand I got there is Solgar. I've tried regular iron supplements and they kill my stomach. I know it constipates most people, but I can barely leave the bathroom for about 6 hours if I take regular iron. I know that is probably TMI, but that is how my system works. :-) Cherie > > > Which brand?
