Guest guest
I would encourage you to get the canary club saliva panel done before you start any HC. Once you start HC the tests will NOT be accurate, and it is necessary to be off all HC and such things as licorice for at least two weeks before doing the saliva testing. You will be glad you did the testing before having to wean back off HC. Testing cortisol levels while on HC is a waste of money. And if you go on HC without knowing your cortisol levels, you could easily waste many months of time improperly treating. I didn't want to do the saliva tests either, but I am so glad I did. There is enough to deal with to get to my best dose of HC without having to wonder if I really was low-cortisol. Val has said that the symptoms of high cortisol and low cortisol can be so similar, it is really needful to KNOW where you are before starting on HC. sol stage 7, burden 10 ep451 wrote: > I plan on cutting back on the > armour while I go on the HC.
