He has some excellent informaiton about SUPPORTING the adrenals while

they heal, but I disagree that this si all that is needed to heal them.

He is more into destressing and herbal/vitamin support rather than

cortiosl adn I have just not seen that to be enough.

I think it is worth reading as an intro book and he has some good graphic

illustrations. It isn't an advanced care type book and when I met him in

person he wasn't very helpful (I had been on his adrenal program for two

years) but I do recommend the book. Cheri

Yes, it is very much worth reading. If I had read his book twenty

years ago, I might not be in this state now.

As Val et al say, it is perhaps not aggressive enough in its

prescription for scragged adrenals. But for its eye-opening discussion

of what happens to your health when your adrenals are below par, it is

right on the money.
