I would totally recommend him. I don't live up there anymore, but perhaps , (vitalady) could let you know more. I'm glad I did. He diagnosed the problem even though he said he wouldn't at this time fix it. I was scoped 3 times prior to seeing him and that Dr. never saw what he did. Mom a/k/a as Vitalady convinced me to fly out to see him. She can't speak highly enough of him. I'm sure she'll email you and tell you all about him. I think it would be wise of you to consider him as your surgeon. Good luck and I wish you the best. My original surgery was 9/26/00 in Rochester, NY and I had a revision to a distal bypass, a tummy tuck and hysterectomy with Dr. Oh on 9/26/02 (my 2 year anniversary present). And I'm also one of the people lucky enough to have had the opportunity to recover at 's Nut House ... er ... get well house. Dr. Oh and and all the assorted " nuts " were wonderful - no complaints at all. Ok, one complaint. Dr. Oh wasn't very nice about taking out the staples or drains. OUCH!! She would bring worms.. pipe cleaners in assorted colors.. she had a different color of the day each day.. and sit by the guestroom door..and wait until you played with her.. She wasnt very happy when you threw the worm in the hall, closed the door and went nite nite.. and she wasnt through playing. would have to stop answering emails and go play worms with her in the hallway for some time..
