Announcing a HEALTH WIN!

I am conquoring another of th emany helath issues I have. I just had ot

tell someone & figured you all would understand and celebrate with me!

LOL I just got my last A1c back form the Stanford University study I am

doing for my Diabetes. A year ago I started wiht 13.8... now one year

later it is 5.8! WELL within normal levels. This is one healht issue

that is unlikely to kill or maim me! LOL
