Gail,

Hey there girl, it's good to hear from you! Thanks for checking in, I

was wondering how things were going. Figured you were just busy. I hope

the run went well. As usual, I am about a week behind on posts. I

haven't been walking as much but have been getting to the gym more

doing weights and guess what? Lost 3 lbs in July! Now instead of going

from 208 to 212-214, even 216 a couple times during TOM, I have been

going from 206 to 208, 210 during TOM. Not a huge improvement but it's

something. I guess it's more then 3 lbs but I don't know how to put it.

I just haven't been fluctuating as high if ya know what I mean but

haven't gotten below 206 so don't even know if I should call it a

loss. I guess I just hate to admit I actually gained some there. LOL

Anyway, keep up the great work. Just do what you can and say hi once in

awhile. When does school start there? It starts Sept 2nd here, yeah!
