Guest guest Posted July 23, 2001 Report Share Posted July 23, 2001 Hey all, Finally seem to be having regular, albeit slow loss. Well, at least slow from my perspective. Been on Atkins since the end of May and I have lost 16 1/2 pounds, which would be something like 2 pounds a week. I have noticed the last few days have been filled with visions of unmentionable items (don't want to start any cravings for anyone). I have had no cheats the entire two months. Ugh! I did and ended up gaining back 9 1/2 lbs before I came to my senses. It's not worth it. I felt miserable the whole time not to mention the guilt feelings. Now I am struggleing to get the lbs. off.
