Hey all,

Finally seem to be having regular, albeit slow loss. Well, at least slow

from my perspective. Been on Atkins since the end of May and I have lost

16 1/2 pounds, which would be something like 2 pounds a week.

I have noticed the last few days have been filled with visions of

unmentionable items (don't want to start any cravings for anyone). I have

had no cheats the entire two months. Ugh! Starting to fantasize about a

cheat day, but not too serious yet.

Hi Kamden, sounds like your doing great. Just alittle advice. DON " T

CHEAT!!!!! I did and ended up gaining back 9 1/2 lbs before I came to my

senses. It's not worth it. I felt miserable the whole time not to

mention the guilt feelings. Now I am struggleing to get the lbs. off.

Don't do it you will be very angry with yourself it you do. Good Luck.
