abnormal EKG post cardioversion

After successful cardioversion Friday and now NSR: rate 51 bpm or so.

BUT ECG says:

Right atrial enlargement

Consider left atrial enlargement

QT interval long for rate

$ Artifact in leads aVR, V6

$ AC noise in leads II, III, aVF

QT interval appears to be 532

Anybody out there able to read an ECG & suggest how to deal with

these things.
