Guest guest
I just got my period and I am a mess. I have been better the last couple months when I do because I am on a low dose of Bioidenctical Progestorne. Can my adrenals being low me to causing me partly to be obessing about my sister and mom not listening to me, and they are not feeling well, and I try to help them with what I know? I have been like this to an extent, but it has this is a whole other ball game, the crying, worring exsensivley over somethings. This afternnoon I have had chest pain, I have been so upset. It is like my rational is out the door ,even though I am so good at helping my friends with their problems ,and worries and how to explain to them to calm down and let go etc... I have been doing less of helping as I am just too sick a the moment to deal with their issues. With my family it is different though. I am going to call my docs office and see if they can fax me my results so I cam post them in the next hour or so. Thanks, a
Guest guest
Periods seem to be really tough times for most with AF. And obsessing is definitely a low cortisol symtpom! I have seen it in many of the peopel I have helped. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
