Guest guest
When I first get up...maybe a half hour after or so...if I try and do anything physical, I get a racy heart, and somewhat out of breath. Lately, it's been followed with dizziness, and cold sweats almost. It last a few hours, and is weird. It's like I cannot handle any physical actions. I notice it happens more when I sleep more than 8 hours. Maybe Im not awake yet and my bodies yelling " hey, quit it " . I thought it was just after taking the synthroid, but lately I've waited to take it until later morning, and the feelings are still there. I'm only 23, and have done a halter monitor test a year and a half ago, so am doubting heart problems. Just wondering what this could be and if Im the only one who feels this. I also get the same rushy feeling in the late evening, right before bed. SOmetimes, I've got to eat three peices of toast just to feel relief. On my saliva testings for cortisol, Im kind of low in the morning..and then get higher in the evening. THis explains the rushy feeling at nighttime...am I having a thyroid dump or something in the mornings that are making this happen?? I know I have problems converting t4 into t3, I have high reverse t3...but dang, these symptoms are scary. Thanks

Synthetic T4 only meds will cause your adrenals to crash if you are on it long enough particularly as oyu are already not converting well. You shoudl order an adrenal saliva test from www.canaryclub.org to see how bad your weak adrenals are and treat them, then get on a better thyroid med suhc as Armoru thyroid or wiht high RT3 you may need to go only on T3 for a time to clear it out. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
I was also wondering, how come everytime I have a weird spell, my temp goes up?? It seems when I feel my worse, my temp is up to like 99.0, and shouldn't it be lowered with low cortisol?? When I tracked my temps... I was normal most of the day and then in the afternoon it always spiked..to 99.0-99.2. Could this mean that all my problems are my thyroid, and not really the cortisol?? I did have the RAI, and felt fine on synthroid until they lowered me to 25mcg, and kept me there for a long time. THats when all the dizziness began and the cortisol was noticed through searching for answers. Thanks KAtie
Guest guest
In low cortiosl the temps fluctuate throughout the day and from one day to the next drastically. Read www.drrind.com site about tracking temps and what they show you. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
