Guest guest
Just watch, make sure your ashwaganda is produced somewhere other than India and the Middle East. Their ayuvedic supplements (which, ashwaganda is an ayurvedic supplement) sold here in our country have been analyzed and found to contain dangerous amounts of heavy metal. The ashwaganda produced in the U.S. is generally considered to be safe. (Although of course, supplements being unregulated, we can never know. But I generally try to go with well-known companies from the U.S., hoping that they will be better than the others. One day we will know.) That said, yes, ashwaganda is a wonderful adaptogen for the adrenals. Cherwyn
