Headaches when taking sublingual Armour?

I get a headache when I take Armour sublingually. I prefer to take it this

way nowadays but the headache bothers me and I usually end up using

ibuprofen to relieve myself. What should I do? I do not get the headache

when I swallow it but it is tricky to avoid the calcium and iron since I eat

cheese a lot and take iron for low ferritin. Thanks!

Could the headache mean I am getting too much Armour? I think I am going to

cut my dose back some. I took my temp earlier and I am too hot. Maybe I

need to add Armour more slowly. I am thinking of trying isocort. I ordered

it anyway.
