Hi

In some of the posts people mentioned using cooking sprays. Please check the

ingredients first. The last that I was on the lid I figured that I will

continue using my Pam(100% Olive Oil Cooking Spray) until I read the

ingredients.(100% Imported Olive Oil,Grain Alcohol from Corn(added for

clarity). LECITHIN from SOYBEANS(prevents sticking and propellant.
