Hi, adel -

I don't believe there are ANY commercial cooking sprays that are LID

ok, because of the lecithin. A good alternative is to get a spray

bottle and put your own oil in it. Kitchen stores carry some (mine's

" Misto " ) where you pour oil in and then pump it to get pressure built

up for the spray. I used it with olive oil for the LID - worked

great!
