what l have been doing for 4 years now and my labwork is always over the top

on the 3s and 4s....so l would say it gets in plenty....l bought a pill

crusher at rite aid....l crush my armour into a find powder and l let it

dissolve

on my tongue just a little...it dissolves so fast l really dont have much

choice...l follow it with a few swigs of water and then l wait about 45 minutes

to an hour before l eat and l havent had any problems this way....try

Ann,

I swallow mine with no problems. Just be sure that you are taking it

the same way every day. You can adjust your dose as needed.
