Trouble sleeping again - think that my Armour increases are burning up the HC

For the past two nights, and since I increased my Armour by 1/4 grain,

I'm waking up at 3AM and 5AM again. I'm not super hypogly like I used

to be, but at 5AM I was sweaty which meant to me that I was low

cortisol. I didn't get up to eat and eventually fell back to sleep,

but it wasn't good sleep. My temps have been pretty solid through two

Armour increases over the past 10 days and BPs don't fall and usually

rise when I stand up:

12/5 - 98.27

12/6 - 98.2 (only two readings)

12/7 - 98.03

12/8 - 98.12

12/9 - 98.05 (only two readings)

12/10 - 98.2

Just took my first temp reading of the day and it was 98.8 which might

be an aberrant reading, but even if the next two are my more normal

low 98s, it's going to pull the average for today out of whack. I've

also been dizzy for most of the day for the past three days although

it gets better at night.

It seems to me that this is all pointing at the need to increase my

HC. I'm currently taking 27.5mg as 10mg at 8AM, 7.5mg at noon, 5mg at

4:30PM, and 5mg at bed-time with a protein snack (and digestive enzymes).

Do I need to go up to 30mg and, if so, which dose to I add to - the

second dose?

Thanks,

P.S. I'm also on a week's worth of Amoxicillin for a low grade tooth

infection for which I'm having a re-treatment of a root canal tomorrow

PM for which I intend to stress dose 20mg of HC as Val said
