New Here- Evaluating Temps

Is there a file that tells me how to evaluate my temps? I have started

taking them this morning from reading others posts and am spacing them

3 hours apart, and this may sound silly but I'm not sure what the temps

are used to evaluate. Can someone help me with this?

We use the method described at www.drrind.com to evaluate how our

cortiosl levels are and if they are good enough to be able to tolerate

thyroid meds.
