Guest guest Posted December 11, 2007 Report Share Posted December 11, 2007 On my low-carb group, it is the custom to post one's .sig like this: xxx/yyy/zzz where xxx is starting weight, yyy is current weight, and zzz is goal weight. I wonder if we could start doing something similar with our adrenal fatigue stages, to save repetition & to make it easier to spot people in similar boats, and to mark our progress dammit!!! For those who log into Yahoo directly I think it might be a good idea.
