I have been on HC for 4 months now. Recently I have been on a dose of 90mg

armour and

17.5 mg of HC for approx a month. When I try to raise armour I feel exhausted.

The last few days my whole body has ached, specifically my shoulders, arms and

shins.

Today when I woke up it has been the worst. When I try to make a fist it's

difficult, and my

fingers are sore. In basic words, my bones hurt. So I upped my Vitamin D, after

not taking it

for about a week.

The past couple nights I have not been able to sleep, but usually have required

a nap at

around 3pm for 2 hours. Then around midnight - 2am my body gets really warm, and

really

achey, to the point where I am having some sort of an attack. To the point where

I can't move

my body it's so sore and achey, and I'm sweating. It's a strange feeling and

it's hard to

explain because I have never had this before.

I have 3 exams to write this week. What should I do ? Raise HC?

any advice would be appreciated, I may be leaving out details by accident.

How are you dosing your HC?

I also have had a couple B12 injections and this

seemed to happen afterward. Is it true b12 makes more

T3 avail to your body stressing adrenals and causing

these wierd night episodes?

I think you should raise the HC starting at 2.5 mg and graph your temps

three times a day. Then go higher if needed. Once graphs are stable, look at

increasing the Armour but not until the HC helps the temps stabilize. Your

symptoms sound like very hypo ones but you need to get the HC up first. Your

night attack sounds like an adrenaline rush which is from low cortisol.

Val - the only thing I have changed is having

compounded Vit B12 injections, and these sore bones

and night attack episodes began after this. Could it

be possible B12 is a trigger, what can i do for bones?
