Help for talking to my Endo tomorrow

I am going for my second visit to my new endo. It took me 6 months to

get an appointment with her. I was dx'd with a pit tumor in 2003. At

that time hypo-pit. I am currently so sick, I can't leave the house.

These are the topics I want to discuss with her.I am also have Hashi

antibioties and Graves antibioties.Are people with this issue treated

differently than if they have another form of hypothyroidism? Will

someone let me know if I have covered everything? I know the

questions I

have but I am not sure I know how to convince her of what I need and

why. I may have do to some quick research.

1. These are the test I want:

A. Adolsterone - May need Florinef- Sodium, Potassium??

B. Renin

C. Igf 1, for an indication of hgh

D. Gloucose - I would assume it should be fasting

E. Free T's

F. TSH, I guess, although in my case not sure it matters much.

G. Ferritin, it was low at 40 last time tested and the supplements

created more digestive issues. I am now trying Floradix. Spelling?

H. Estrogens, what specifically?

I. Progesterone

J. DHEA

K. Testosterone? Not sure about this one, my last endo checked it.

L. Cortisol, she favors blood not saliva. I do have a saliva kit here

I should do the same day as the test.

M. Vitamin D3

N. B-12

M. RT3- How do they test for this? Anything specific?

She raised my Armour from 2-grains to 3-grains first time I saw her,

and stuck and Estrogen patch on my bum, telling me she could tell by

looking at me that I need Estrogen. She said, she would test me in

about 10 weeks and gave me a lab report, with a few test.I called her

office 6 weeks ago because I started having edema, in my feet and

ankles and had break through bleeding at 60 years of age. I took the

patch off the day I called her. The swelling improved within 3 days.

The issue is that it took her six weeks to respond to my call. .

Not a reason why, just an apology. I did express my disgust and ask

for a reason. The doctor wants to discuss my questions face to face.

This makes me nervous, because of how sick I am,brain fog included.

They can wait six weeks to see you but ask you to come tomorrow. I am

sleeping very little 4-5 hours per night, for months, and zero sleep

last night.I have a terrible infection and tons of pain, eyes swollen

near cheek bones, sunken cheeks, head bumps over entire head, that

itch terribly,severe muscle-joint pain and weakness, shaky inside.

major digestive issues. I am on zero adrenal support and this could

be one major issue, also low ferritin, I am not sure that these test

would be better divided up over a couple of weeks or so. Any idea on

the vials required or what the most important might be for now? I

have no idea if she would treat with HC, if I do test low Cortisol.

This may be my

second and last visit to her. I am so sick of all these doctors!

Seventeen years of no answers or hormone balance is a long time.

PS. I do not think I would survive a tumor operation or radiation. I

am

too sick, but I probably could not convince the doctor of that.
