Guest guest Posted May 1, 2004 Report Share Posted May 1, 2004 Hello everyone, I was recently diagnosed with possible PLS. Last night I started taking 5 mg of LDN, I also take Neurotin and Baclofin. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep at all last night and this morning I felt like my my syptoms were worse. I have chronic spasticity and was hoping LDN would help. Has anybody had a similar experience? Also, what type of dosage did you start with. I was concerned that 5 mg could be too much. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
