Dear Bill.........

Hear you loud and clear...and have felt all of the above. My EP and

cardiologist finally told me not to be a hero--to take a little

ativan (or xanax) here and there if I need it--and it does help.

Some of what you are feeling could be panic, but most, I am sure, is

the feelings that an irregular heartbeat can give to you.

Boy, can we all relate to that!!!!!

Non A-fibbers have NO clue what it is like to have AF.

I read that post with all the symtoms listed, to my heart healthy

husband.

I sometimes think he feels that I exaggerate my symtoms and thinks

I can snap out of it!

Its good to know there are others out there with the same problems.

I am constantly taking my pulse, even though I only rarely go into A-

fib. For Christmas I was going to get a " Heart Rate " montier watch

but my wife talked me out of it, she thought I would obess even more.
