Guest guest
Well, I must say I'm feeling in the minority here. I don't really baby at all. With 3 kids the same age, there's no time for that. He's must " keep up with the " in order to survive in our house. There are times I tend to do more for him that he's actually trying to do on his own, like putting on his shoes and socks, but I sometimes take over just because I'm in a hurry to get out the door and haven't got the time to wait for him to do it. People look at me strange when something happens to him and I don't just jump right in to rescue him. As long as he's not in a threatening situation to get hurt with my other two, he's got to figure out what to do on his own. I figure if he can survive living with and he'll be ready for any bullies when he gets to school. He is still in a crib and I still do change him on a changing table but that's more out of convenience I think than babying him. Anyway, just thought I'd drop my 2 cents in. I think no matter what any of us do, as long as our children are well taken care of, that's all that matters. And boy, God knows I spend a lot of my time taking care of him that's for sure.
