And I am not dehydrated either and my BP is perfectly normal (120/70). It usually happens when I stand up from a lying down position. I get light headed...and it is like a cold sensation from the neck up, and if I don't watch it, I feel like I will pass right out. I notice it mostly at night. I haven't said anything to my surgeon, but I will if it continues. I am not due for a blood work up till September, but I might get my PCP to order a new set.
