Thanks in advance for your help and advice

I did/do and OTC (over the counter) desiccated adrenal glandular... My method was first morning dosing to ease the morning load on my adrenals and allow them to recover... mine were pretty shot.... I graduated up to a tab and a half of the stuff and then weaned back to a quarter tab in just less than three years... Now I'm taking a quarter tab when I'm getting really stressed out... splitting one tab into quarters and taking one quarter each day for four days to give my glands a break and then leaving it alone until/if/when I have a crappy day again....

I might do just as well not to take my little four day sessions... but I'm chicken that I'll over burden them again and decided that I'm just gonna take it easy for a while... I have some extra stresses going on in my life right now... so a little TLC is not a bad idea.....

Other folks use other products... I'll let them fill you in on their choices...

Mine comes from Nutri-Meds (www.nutri-meds.com).. great bunch of folks... great customer service... and not I'm not affiliated with them and get no kickbacks or anything... I just really have to give a heads up to a good company with good products (I started with their thyroid glandular until I needed a higher dose)...

One major clue to adrenal fatigue is sleep patterns..... wanna fill us in on the nitty gritty about how well you fall asleep and stay asleep, how well you wake up and all that fun stuff?
