While you are awaiting to be schedualed for an apt. with Dr. ,

It is a list of ICD9 codes, ie: co-morbidities. Have your Dr. go

through them with you to see what all co-morbidities you may have

that are on this list. They are all related to morbid obesity. Any

and all co-morbidities that you have will help with the insurance.

Having Sleep Apnea is one of the main ones that help to get this

surgery. Good luck and I hope you get your apt. with Dr. soon.
