Stress dosing for dental surgery....?

In a few weeks I have to get surgery for " cavitations " , which consists of the

oral surgeon scraping down infection in my jaw bone.

I'm thinking it's probably comparable in stress to having a tooth extraction,

and I'm having two sites done.

How do I stress dose for this??

My Dr. said to take an extra 2.5 mg. of HC with each dose for that day.
