Guest guest
You have to take alot 700mg x 6- 4 times a day at first .I take 3x700mg morning same at noon and just before dinner it will dry your mouth alot so drink lots of water i havent noticed alot just fewer cramps but the water could be doing that .Someone here mentioned water helped with cramps .So it's debateable wether it helps or not im like you im willing to try .i take fish oil too good for chloresterol instead of taking a med now that has helped according to my blood tests of course it wasnt real high anyway 204 /200 is norm it wasnt a fasting test so that bacon and eggs problably didnt help . Guest guest
Eva also young folks have more HGH than we do Human Growth Hormone as we get older our bodies make less . Interesting enough though one study indicated the use of IGF _1 Intrinsic Growth Factor in some mouse models ? Hormones play a big role in our bodies .But be careful if you plan to get some .Did anyone see Sommers on Oreilly talking about Bioidentical Hormones ? Guest guest
Hi Carolyn, I take creatine twice a day. 5 grams each time (about 1/4 a teaspoon I mix in juice) Don't know if it does anything or not as I am also taking CoQ10 and one or both have helped. Have a little more strength. Take 1200 mgs of CoQ10, 400 mgs capsules 3 times a day. I have read dfferent reports on both. CoQ10 seemed to help Parkinson patients and I think ALS has tried creatine. Anyway, the creatine is so inexpensive, a cannister lasted a yr, there are no side effects, so why not try it. My neuro I used in Houston suggested both. Happy trails to ya!!!
