Guest guest
Just a personal fact that I learned about myself over the last 20 years. Calcium raises my BP....I tried all kinds...finally just drink Kefir and eat one Viactive Caramel or other flavor. It was the only one that didn't raise BP and cause muscle stiffness. And I have learned in a similar amount of time that Magnesium lowers BP and raises my PH. May be only my fact but just had to say it because of a few posts about these things. Lovingly offered for your determination,
Guest guest
Lovingly accepted. Maybe it's the calcium. I remember those calcium carmels - I may go back to them. Maybe more magnesium as my PH is also " in the dirt " . Thank's Pat Magnesium lowers my BP Just a personal fact that I learned about myself over the last 20 years. Guest guest
It does this for me a little bit too, but it then makes my insomnia worse and even the stuff I take (prescription meds and lots of melatonin and trypotphan) doesn't over come it. I could lower by BP by going off or severely cutting back on the Armor and the Isocort. But that of course brought back all the problems those were treating. I finally went to a main stream doctor confident for once I had a problem they would believe and be able to treat. I did my homework first and found the kind that would not interfere with my antidepressant. The high blood pressure med I am on is working fine for me now though I've had to take more than prescribed due to going back on my armor and isocort full strength. One thing I have not solved is my rapid heart beat. For the reason above I can't take enough magnesium to completely treat it and I get readings of 103 beats per minute. I may have to go on a med for that too, soon, as I don't want to die and neither do I want to go off of the Armour and isocort.
