Guest guest
Has anyone had any information on the supplement Co Q 10? I have been taking it for the past few months, and my fibs have subsided greatly! My cardio prescribed it for me when he put me on Lipitor to counteract the cholesterol med, because it depletes the body of co q 10, but since I stopped the Lipitor(side effects) I continued to take a lower dose of the co q 10, and I have noticed that my 4 to 5 fib attacks per month, have gone down to perhaps one a month. I understand that it is an important heart supplement, but I wonder just what it does? Anyhow I am rejoicing that the fibs have quieted down, and I am sure all the prayer I have had, is a factor in this also. MandyofCA
