Guest guest
Hi Val... I'm confused about something (so what else is new!). When we stress dose, and our temps might come up, does that mean that more t3 is getting into the cells, and then does that mean we should raise our HC dose in general? I'm on 27.5 mg HC and I stress dosed yesterday and my temps shot up by one degree (average). I'm wondering if I should just go ahead and raise HC? Second question: I read where you told someone that signs of going hyper on t3 would include muscle aches. I have noticed since I went to 112.5 mcg Cytomel that my feet hurt when I hop out of bed in the mornings, as well as generalized leg achiness and body stiffness. Just sitting in the movie theater yesterday for two hours and when I went to stand up, I felt like a 100 year old! Sometimes my fingers also feel very stiff and tight in the mornings. I did not have this prior to starting thyroid/hc meds. It's just been in the past month that I've noticed this....and it coincides with the Cytomel raise. Thanks, Naffy
