High heart rate, pounding heart, and insomnia

Hi everyone,

I could really use some help. I have been suffering with a rapid

heart beat, and pounding heart for months now and it seems to be

getting worse. I've also had trouble sleeping, some nights worst

than others like last night didn't sleep at all. I not sure if it's

my fast pounding heart that is keeping me awake or if it is something

else. I was so miserable last night I almost woke my husband up, but

I know there wasn't anything he could do about it. All I know is that

I can't keep going on like this, something has to change.

I had some tests done Thursday through Healthcheckusa, so I'm

waiting on those results.

I had been taking 30mg of HC since June, and lowered down to 27.5

last week to see if that would help, couldn't tell any difference.

I've had to stress dose this morning a little because of the bad

night last night. Shakes and a little nausea.

I'm at 3 1/4 grains of thyroid S (for 6 weeks now) still very little

energy, was hoping by this time I would be doing a little better.

Ferritin was a little low (51) working on that. B-12 was low, had

a few shots for that. Been using sea salt, usually 1 to 2 teaspoons

a day. Magnesium 400mg at bedtime for a couple of months. I've tried

melotonin and 5HTP at bedtime. They didn't seem to help much.

My blood pressure used to run in the 130's over 80's, but the last

couple of weeks it is running higher, once up to 152/ 96. My

heartrate is usually in the 90's and sometimes as high as 109, and

this is just with normal activities. I have been really busy the last

couple of weeks with costumes. (Nutcracker season)

Sorry this is long, I try to read and learn from other posts, but I

guess we all reach a point sometimes when we have to ask our own

questions.

Thanks for any advice.
