Hi, and thanks for your response. I know, I know - but it's a two-tier system here - NHS and private. Or...........cheap versus expensive, to put it another way! I agree that ethically it shouldn't be on offer, but it is. And if you haven't got much cash, and have a tooth that needs fixing - well, better something than nothing? I'm not sure.
