I was diagnosed three years ago and had an episode last Saturday

that lasted only an hour but I called 911 because at one point my

heart was beating so hard and fast that it felt like is was going to

stop. It seems each attack is more violent and I feel like I'm going

to pass out. Does anyone else have these symptoms? I'm having a

very hard time dealing with this and have become very depressed. I

have an appt. at U.VA. Jan. 24.

Hi...

I have definately found that my episodes have gotten worse and changed

over the years. I get very dizzy and my vision and hearing aren't the

same at that time...almost like looking at a negative..I guess its not

enough oxygen getting to my brain. It is very obvious to other people

when I'm having troubles as it shakes my whole body. The worse for me

is when this is happening and my blood pressure drops...I honestly

have felt a few times that my time had come....just as though

everything was

shutting down on me.

I never used to feel like I was going to pass out like I do now. I

would feel very tired and my arms would be very heavy so much so I

couldn't hold them up long enough to wash my hair. That doesn't

happen anymore.

I get depressed and frustrated too when I can't carry on with my daily

routines.

Good Luck with your appointment!!!
