saliva tests when taking HRT

I am finally getting my saliva tests done for cortisol and sex

hormones. I have taken estrogen since my hysterectomy last March

(Premarin 1.25mg/day) and also wild yam cream for progesterone. I

tend to take the pill/cream at night b/4 bed b/c it seems to help me

sleep. Is there anything different that I should do on the day I am

doing the saliva samples?

p.s. my GP on the NHS here in England said there's no point in getting

hormone tests done since I just supplement anyways...useless man.
